10.1 資格
卸売アカウントは、承認された事業者、小売店、または取扱店のみご利用いただけます。アカウント承認にあたり、事業登録証明をお願いする場合があります。
10.2 価格
卸売価格は承認された卸売顧客のみに適用され、一般公開はできません。価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。
10.3 最低注文数
卸売注文には、最低注文数（例：40点以上）が必要です。
10.4 支払条件
すべての卸売注文は、特別な合意がない限り、ご注文時に全額をお支払い頂きます。
10.5 配送
卸売顧客は、特に明記がない限り、配送費用をご負担いただきます。配送期間は注文数や配送先によって異なります。
10.6 返品と返金
卸売注文は、商品に欠陥または破損がある場合を除き、返金・返品はできません。受領後〇日以内（例：7日以内）に写真付きでご連絡ください。
10.7 再販について
卸売顧客は、当社が承認した小売チャネルを通じてのみ当社製品を再販することができます。製品は必ず元の状態・パッケージのまま販売してください。
10.8 ブランドの使用
「AsukaArts」のブランド名、商品画像、説明文などは、事前の許可なく使用することはできません
